Question. I am a premium user, and I hit my 35gb daily bandwidth cap on Wednesday, 27 July 2022 at approximately 11:10 pm Pacific Time (I am located in California). I have logged out and logged back into my account several times, but it still indicates that I have maxed out my daily transfer bandwidth. If that is a daily cap, at what time will it reset? I am at 16 hours since I hit the cap, but I have entered into another calendar day here in California. I would like to know when the daily bandwidth cap will reset so that I can resume transferring files. I am writing here because I have been unable to find any other way to communicate with you or locate the answer to my question on your website. Thank you.
hey guys, I like your service since you took over from wdupload. But when I renewed my subscription - I didn't get a Premium Key Voucher. I've contacted the seller and he doesn't know what's going on( didn't even know what a Premium Key was). I've looked all over for your service desk or help desk- but it's not on any of your websites. All of your ads say you have an excellent help desk and offer fast service . Please make some kind a link available for public use. I'm writing here because I can't find any other way to communicate with you . Thanks, Jeff
